- The cost for an early check-in between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM is €40.00.

IS AN ID REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN?

Yes. An ID is required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation. All forms of identification valid under Italian law are accepted. Reservations cannot be modified at check-in without providing an ID from the person who made the booking.

 

WHAT ARE THE RECEPTION HOURS?

The reception is open 24 hours a day with staff always available.

 

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT THE RECEPTION IF I ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK-IN?

Yes, we can store your luggage if you arrive at the hotel before 3:00 PM; this service is free of charge.

HOW CAN I BOOK USING A VOUCHER?

PTo book using a gift card or voucher, please have the voucher number ready and contact our reservations office at +39 049667755. You can also proceed via email by sending your request to Premiere@premiereabano.it, specifying your request and the voucher number.

 

DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

The hotel has a video-monitored parking lot with several covered parking spots. The service is free of charge. The hotel does not have a garage.

 

ARE THERE ELECTRIC CHARGING STATIONS IN THE HOTEL?

Yes. The hotel has several charging stations for electric vehicles. The sockets are compatible with major brands like Tesla, Mercedes, and Audi. The cost of the service is €50.00.

 

IS THERE WIFI IN THE HOTEL?

Yes, wifi is free of charge for all the guests and it's available in all the rooms and throughout of the hotel.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN?

Yes. We accept children of all ages and provide dedicated services.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM?

The room includes a spa kit with a bathrobe, towels, and soft slippers. Additionally, there is a complimentary bottle of Panna water, chocolates, Acqua di Parma amenities in the bathroom, and a range of personal care items.

 

IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Yes, we require a credit or debit card for all reservations to guarantee the room until the arrival date. A deposit of 30% of the stay will be charged as a confirmation deposit. If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, the deposit will be retained.

 

WHAT IS THE HOTEL'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel a room without any charges. If the reservation is canceled outside our cancellation policy, the confirmation deposit will be charged. This applies to reservations made directly on the hotel's website or by phone/email. Our holiday season cancellation policy is 7 days.

WHAT IF I FORGET AN ITEM?

Hotel Première offers guests a culinary experience with locally sourced and carefully selected products. There are three restaurants in the hotel; Illuminèe Restaurant, Le Jardine Restaurant, and Bistrot Restaurant.

 

WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER TIMES?

- Breakfast at Le Jardine Hall: 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM every day.

- Lunch/Dinner at Illuminèe Hall: 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM | 7:30 PM – 8:45 PM every day.

- Lunch/Dinner at Bistrot: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM every day.

- Pool Bar: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM every day during the opening period.

 

IS A SPECIAL DRESS CODE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE RESTAURANTS?

To access the Illuminée Restaurant, formal attire is required with long pants for men and classic attire for women. No special dress code is required for the Bistrot Restaurant or Le Jardine Hall.

 

DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Yes, we offer laundry service. Hotel guests can use the laundry service by contacting the reception. The service incurs an additional cost.

 

HOW MUCH DOES LUNCH OR DINNER WITH A COMPLETE MENU COST IN THE MAIN HALL?

€55.00 per person and includes a buffet of appetizers, a selection of 5 first courses and 5 second courses, and a dessert buffet. The menu varies daily, using seasonal products.

IS ACCESS TO THE WELLNESS AREA INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Yes. Access to the entire wellness area, pools, gyms, and gardens is included in the rate.

 

HOW MANY POOLS ARE THERE?

Hotel Première has 4 thermal water pools: 1 indoor pool, 1 indoor/outdoor pool, and 2 outdoor pools. The water temperature ranges from 30 to 35 degrees Celsius.

 

WHAT SERVICES ARE THERE IN THE WELLNESS AREA?

The wellness area includes: Finnish sauna, snow cave, thalasso sauna, soft sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, emotional showers, chromotherapy, ice waterfall, infrared sauna, and two detox corners.

 

ARE THERE GYMS?

Yes. There is a gym with equipment and a gym for free body exercises.

 

CAN MUD THERAPIES BE DONE?

Yes. Hotel Première is affiliated with the national ASL system. Balneotherapy is performed on-site with certified mud rich in beneficial properties.

 

CAN INHALATION TREATMENTS BE DONE?

Yes. Hotel Première is affiliated with the national ASL system. Inhalation treatments use the thermal water of Abano Terme, famous for its therapeutic properties.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS FOR JUST ONE DAY?

Yes. It is possible to access for the day with two options. The first option of a spa day includes entry from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM with a supporting room at a rate of €90.00 per person. The second option includes afternoon entry with a supporting room from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at a rate of €60.00. The spa day is subject to availability. ARE THERE TV CHANNELS IN MY LANGUAGE?

The hotel has IPTV allowing you to watch foreign channels from major international broadcasters.
